Problem for Audiovox TV

TV won't go back to normal and won't play DVD's.

Hi, I was trying to put a DVD into the TV and it would load but it wouldn't play. But then when I took it out my TV won't go back to normal? How do I use the DVD player and get my TV back to normal?
