If this pulley came off then something inside the printer broke, this part is not designed to ever come off, suspect the shaft that the pulley sits on is broken, HP does'nt publish repair info for the general public, there authorized repair stations only have this type of tech manual.

What you are attempting to do with this printer is a very complex procedure. Man times the controller will not recognize the new idler pulley. Even if it does usually the pulley will not work as well as it did from the factory. Have you already purchased the pulley assembly? If you have not I would advise against trying to do this.

Otherwise, if you have already bought it, your best bet would be to find a local authorized service center and have them either do it for you or show you a schematic for the device.

There is no service manual that is going to show you these instructions, I can tell you that right now. Those manuals / documentation is property of HP and is covered by intellectual property copyrights, there is no way for us to get it to you. I am hoping you may re-evaluate the "poor" verdict you gave my previous answer.

    Thanks

Ask about HP cartridge for HP AIO 7310

Your problem is language and diffrent countries my friend. USA has there cartridges and other countries has theres. The data from the cartridge is language specific. So your American printer can not understand your Denmark cartridge. Also I am guessing there is a diffrence in the size of the cartridges. Therefore rendering your Denmark cartridges useless for your American Hewitt Packard printer.
