Question about Toshiba Televison & Video
The on button just keeps blinking. It will not allow us to turn on or off the t.v. We are not getting a picture or sound.
The blinking LED is an indicator of some sort of power fault. The causes can be many, so I'll start with the generic answer. Check the fuses in the power supply with a DVM to see if any are open. It is not uncommon to have half a dozen or more fuses to protect the various voltage taps. If you find an open fuse, it might just be that simple. Otherwise, providing that information will allow somebody here to help you further.
