1st, check if chrome is trying to access through a proxy server, Click on customise & control Google Chrome icon, click on settings. At bottom of page, click on "show advanced settings" scroll down to "network" & click on "change proxy settings" This will open internet properties on the connections tab; click on "lan settings" towards the bottom & make sure there are no boxes ticked, then click OK & OK again, then try refreshing the page; it should now appear.
2nd, make sure your firewall is not stopping chrome from accessing the web. As I don't know which security software you're using, can only suggest you go to the vendor support pages.
First of all the problem could be low internet access or your browser has a configuration problem. Try to restart your machine and ensure that you have sufficient network. If you still have a problem, maybe there could be a problem with the server for the host of the Facebook. Also try to change the browser maybe for Internet explorer to Mozilla firefox
Retry the web page by clicking the refresh/reload button or trying the URL from the address bar again. Even though the 500 Internal Server Error is reporting a general error on the web site's servers and not your computer, the server error may only be temporary. Trying the page again will often be successful. http://moritsolutions.com/

This error message indicates that the game server which you are attempting to connect to is unable to contact the Steam Authentication Servers.
Please observe the following process to determine whether the error is a result of a Steam outage, issues with the game server connecting to the Steam Authentication Servers, or an issue with your internect connection.
Try joining several different game servers - if you are able to connect to a different game server, there is an issue with the game server which reported the Server Verification Failed error
If you are not able to connect to any game servers, check the Steam Status page - if the Steam Players and Game Servers graph shows a very sharp decline in players, there may be a temporary Steam outage
If there does not appear to be an outage, check your connection to the Steam Authentication Servers through the Steam client:
From the main Steam window select File then Settings
Select the Internet tab
At the bottom of the window, confirm that Steam is reporting the Steam has successfully connected to the authentication servers. message
If Steam reports that you are not connected to the authentication servers, please exit and restart Steam and, if you are unable to connect to the Steam Authentication Servers upon logging back in and you have confirmed that there is not an outage, please see the Router and Router Firmware Issues topic to ensure the issue is not related to router firmware which is incompatible with Steam
Try firefox for your browser...this is a option for you to use...if not happy just go back to your IE. Yahoo in the past 4 years to me has had many page loading problems for me an I think this to be server related as they do have 4 servers that have to back up one server, if that server is down...on that note: Try firefox. Also clear your cookies and your registry and Temporary Internet files. Click tools up top and check your internet options.
