You may try connecting other video source to the TV to ensure whether the issue is related to the TV. If the issue persists with all the video source then the issue may be related to hardware malfunctioning of the TV and service will be required. In this case, you may contact Sony Service Center to get the TV diagnosed serviced. If the TV is in warranty then service will be offered under warranty terms and conditions.

if the blue line is always there, than your screen is damaged and will need to be replaced... just time before it'll get worse.

reboot your system and at the blue dell logo tap the F2 Key, and now you will be at the bios screen

check if you get these lines at this screen on the screen and if you get these lines here as well, you might have a hardware problem call dell technical support for this, they will run a few diagnostics and if needed replace the faulty hard ware.

Vertical lines on screen in different colours


Hi dzokosim,
Please go in bios mode and check whether the lines are coming there or not.
If lines appear after some time then keep system in BIOS for that much of time and check.
IF coming then this is the issue with the screen otherwise with the system problem and graphics driver is to be reinstalled.

noting to worry about untill you start seeing black lines all the time, then I would say you might have to replace the screen or the mainboard if your screen is fine.

Screen only showing vertical lines after being dropped


The damage could be either in the LCD screen or the connection cable. Open the screen assembly and check the connection cable first.

Screen has lines


Most likely youve damage the lcd screen either by dropping it even though you didnt, but that would be the only cause this problem, line on a lcd screen are usually cause by a broken power current thru screen or a cracked lcd screen maybe it was defective in the first time. I dont know, but line are usually means no power or no information going thru screen.

I also have this problem, but with 2 black vertical lines on the right side of screen half way through. Lines disappear from time to time but reappear. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them. Help me out please

Ti 86


Hi I got a problem with Ti-86 which is a line of the screen pixel missing. I tried to increase and decrease the intensity of the screen (2nd and up, down). Also tried to go to MODE function. I have tried those for several times. It works great. The line of those missing screen pixel came back. I don't know why. Just try it.

The symptom of your LCD screen when it wanted to "die". I suggest you to send it to a workshop and get it repaired.
