2.At the select WiFi networks,choose the available wifi network
3.when verifying your account, skip a couple of procedures in order to get the verifying your account view
4.At the verifying your account panel, enter your email address
5.Press and hold Swiftkey icon that is at the left-down corner of the keyboard
6.After which, the swiftkey menu appears on the screen and choose the settings
7.And then select languages
8.Then hold down the right led button of your phone to minimize the screen
9.Tap on google searcher,select NO THANKS to sign in Google Account
10.Type settings on google searcher and choose
11.If swift key configuration pops up, choose GOT IT and NOT NOW
12.next, tap backup and reset and select Factory data reset
13.then choose Reset phone, and confirm the whole operation tapping reset phone again
14.Good work, this process removes all the factory reset protections.

Must be buton in the screen "skip" or "registre later" or "not now" or similar, but then you'll can't using Google services.

When you factory reset an Android device that has a PIN code or a SWIPE code of some sort, the Google security lock will trigger after a factory reset. This is because the phone is assuming you factory reset it because you could not get into the phone (ie. it is not your phone / it is stolen).

To unlock the phone, you need to enter the Gmail account that the phone was ORIGINALLY set up with. It will not work, bypass, or disappear over time. You need to use that original e-mail address.

Now keep in mind, if you do know the Gmail address, but you reset the password (on the computer or another device for the Gmail), it triggers a 72 hour security lock. Meaning, that it will take the Gmail login and password on the phone, but not for 72 hours.

another way is call to locked phone and receive the call, press home button go to menu>settings>reset and backup>factory reset>erase everything... done

You could try the master reset code of 00000000 but I doubt this will work. You most likely will have to take it to a tech to bypass the code, as you need the software and cables to bypass the code and reset it to factory. Sometimes the phone needs to be flashed to do this and if so you will loose all your info on the phone as flashing a phone takes it back to factory(as new)

The fastest way to fix this problem probably is to reset the phone to the condition it came from the factory. The phones manual should have instructions.

If you cant find the instructions from the manual, you can try typeing this full reset code into the phone. Note, the phone should reset itself into the same state it came from the factory / shop. So all your details will be lost, make sure all important phone numbers etc are stored on the simcard. The simcard wont be effected. You can type the code without a simcard in the phone.
