Question about Panasonic DMR-EZ47V DVD Recorder/VCR
I took the back panel off and started checking fuses. Now the tv comes on but the picture is really fuzzy and it takes about a minute to come fully visible. What do I do now?
My advice would be to go back inside and look for bad solder joints first.
