Try resetting to factory default to neutralize all user inputted sttings which may be causing it to misbehave, if it persists in attempting to go into standby mode after being reset to factory default you may assume/ presume that a hardware fault is developing. If that corrects the issue job done

Why is the power light blinking and the tv will not turn on?

It sound like the TV has gone into stand-by mode...
Try pressing one of the channel buttons, like the channel up or channel down button. That should bring it back out of stand-by mode.
Hope this helps :D

Tub is not heating to temperature and flashing a Ec message on the temperature screen.

the Ec message is reffering to the mode the tub is set for. Ec stands for Economy mode. In Economy mode the heater will only come on during the filter cycle you have programmed. It will take a while for the tub to actually heat up in this mode. Change the mode to St mode which stands for Standard mode. Your manual should explain how to do this. usually you hit the temp button then the light button to change from mode to mode. Once the St is in the read out window don't touch anything and it will except the programmmed entry automatically. In the Standard mode the tub will keep heating until the set temperature is reached. then it will come on every half hr or so to check that the temperature is maintained.

Fisher CA-885 Integrated Stereo Amplifier stuck in stand-by mode

Given the heat/cold cycles of the storage area along with humidity, I would first suspect poor solder connections. This is not unusual for units of this age. A general overhaul should restore this to operation. This should be a labor only repair unless the output STK is bad. These units are known for having poor connections at the voltage regulators which cause a DC voltage offset triggering the protection circuit. The overhaul should address this as well.

Keep us posted on your progress.

Sony KP53HS30 Stuck in Sleep Stand by

I don't believe it is stuck in the sleep standby mode, rather it has shutdown with an error. Is there a pattern to the flashing? Does it flash a set number of times?

Thanks

I went back and rechecked. If the fan mode is selected, you can only set the fan at one of the three speeds. If you leave it in the fan mode, the dehumidifier will not come on.

Once the fan speed is selected, it will run at that speed in the dehumidifier mode. The fan will keep running, even when the dehumidifier (compressor) shuts down.

The only way to get it to turn off is to use the clock setting, which either selects how long it stands-by before starting , or how long it will run before going back to stand-by. DeLonghi calls it "stand-by," we would call it "off." DeLonghi calls unplugged "off."

I've never turned mine to stand-by, because it will never get my entire house down to 30% humidity (I have it where my air handler returns air to the basement). I live in the greater DC Metro area, where 75% humidity is considered extremely dry.

Apparently the normal mode of operation is fan on unless awaiting a clock start, or encountering a clock shut-down; either condition puts it into the "stand-by" mode.
