Motherboard won't boot up

The model number was P4i45gv and the memory was the problem. Removed and reseated and it worked.

Your model number does not match any in Asrock's Product list - What CPU is installed?
Some of the things that will cause a non boot motherboard are:
1. All of the power cables are not attached. Does your motherboard have a square, 4 pin connector? Is there a cable from the power supply plugged in it?
One of your cards are not fully seated. Check your video card -
