Question about Vtech 5.8GHz Cordless Phone with Digital Answering System
The phone starts to die after about 5 - 10 mins of use when it should be fully charged. I left it on the charger for about 17 hours and still the same thing happens.
Almost certainly you will have to spend $50 or $60 on a new battery. Assuming it has a removable battery, which most cordless phones do. Take the phone to Radio Shack and see if they have the proper replacement battery.
