HOW DO I URN ON MY WIFI?

John.
That depends on the computer. You do not mention it in your post. Some Dell computers have a WIFI switch on the side or front of the computer. Some would use the key combinations of FN+F2 or one of the other key combinations.
F2, F3 fn+f6. You can also click the link below to choose your computer and then download the online users manual.

How to turn on the wireless card on Sony pcg11211L

If your computer will not connect to a wireless Internet signal, one of the first things to check is whether your computer's wireless switch is turned on.

Many laptop computers have a switch located on the exterior of the computer that controls its ability to connect to wireless networks.

This switch can be accidentally turned off, preventing users from connecting to the Internet.

Determine if your computer's wireless connectivity has been disabled by viewing the network icon in the lower toolbar on your computer's desktop.

When there is a disruption in your computer's Internet connection, the icon will have a red X through it. For further information, go to the computer's Network and Sharing Center where you can troubleshoot connectivity issues and view available wireless networks.

If the computer isn't recognizing any wireless connections (and you're sure that there are wireless signals in your area), the likely problem is that the wireless switch is turned off.

Locate the wireless switch on your computer.

It may be located on either side of the laptop or along the back or front.
If you aren't sure whether your computer has a wireless switch, check the user guide that came with the unit.

Determine whether the switch is currently in the "On" or "Off" position.
The switch will be clearly labeled.

Push the switch in the direction of the "On" position to ensure that it is turned on.
If the switch was already turned on, see if there is a keyboard combination that will activate your laptop's wireless capability.

The key combination for your laptop will depend on your computer's manufacturer, but will generally involve a combination of the Function, Control or Alt and the F1 to F12 keys.

Check your user manual for your computer's key combination.

Sentry safe v260 . have both keys but forgot the combination. how can i over write it?

If you have a "3 number combination" or have a "4 number combination you that you have NOT changed", you can send in your serial number in a notarized letter and $8 to: Sentry Group, Dept 200, 882 Linden Ave., Rochester, NY 14625-2784. (this info is in your Owners Manual under Lost Keys or Combination) If you don't have your Owners Manual you can download it from: http://www.sentrysafe.com/products/productDetail.aspx?s=130

If you have a "4 number combination" and you HAVE changed it from the original cobmination, the only solution you have is a locksmith.
