Question about Computers & Internet
This probably means that the icon is no good anymore. Are you using vista? Or xp?
You can probably do a computer search and find another icon on your computer.
1. In vista go to start and then just search "webcam".
In xp just run the computer search. If this didn't help we can try something else.

Click the "Video" icon in the QuickPlay interface that opens, then double-click the "Webcam" option in the "Source" window. The image from your webcam appears on the screen.
Click the "Record" button to begin recording a video, and click "Stop" to stop recording. Click the "Snapshot" button to take a still image.
