Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Arcade
On the older 360's there was a problem when the drive would still spin the disc in the middle of ejecting which would create a groove in the discs thus making them unreadable. If your sure the disc is OK, it could be the data saved on the console. Best way to test this is to try the game on another console. Lend it to a friend for a week and see if they experience the same problem.

It might be scratched and you can get a tiny layer of plastic scratched off the bottom and make it playable again, at a local cd store or electronic store for price that wont put a dent in your wallet.
