How do I get the message light to stop blinking? Comdial EP100 (I have no messages).

There is a messaging side that is part of the phone system and not the vmail. You can send someone a message and it will appear on that persons phone as text. you should be able to call the person back and that will cancel the message, if not scroll thru the menu screen on that phone for msg cancel.

It al depends on what the phone is connected to, but try INTERCOM #1. (*1 turns it on).

If that doesn't' work, post back and try to find the model number of the phone system. It's written on a black and silver tag on the right side of the system cabinet, probably right under the system power light.
