Acer Aspire 5610 power up problem

My notebook is not responding anymore. I am returning from a car trip during which I brought it but did not use it after all. It was in hibernation mode and it most probably ran out of power. When I got back, I plugged it in a regular power outlet. It had a yellow led in front which since has turned green... When I push the power button, nothing happens. The button that normally ligths up does not... There is no noise at all. Blank... What can I do ? I thank you for your answer.Eric

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Well most likely you have had the laptop apart and not hooked the power ribbon for the mouse back to the board.

Did the machine come with originally vista os installed or it was xp. Try to re install the driver. Still if it doesnt work, i would suggest that it is wise to send it for a depot repair. Good Luck.

Try running an Antivirus and Antispyware application.
One of your other programs is interfering. (as it disappeared in safe mode)
Try deleting things out of the Startup in the Start button menu.
