Question about Bose 3 2 1 GSX System
Hello there, sorry to hear about your troubles with your Bose system.
I am assuming it will not eject? If that's the case...
First off, you will want to try the following:
Unplug the unit from the wall, let it sit for a good 60 seconds. Then go ahead and hold in the eject button and power the system on while you hold it in. I worked on this exact same system two days ago and this was the issue, DVD stuck inside but "rebooting" the system and ejecting upon boot fixed it. If it does not fix it then unfortunately it is very very difficult to get the DVD out, it is quite literally stuck inside. You will need to call Bose service to get it out if the first step doesnt work, the number for the department you want at Bose is: 1-877-210-3782
I am very confident the first part of the procdure will work, I've seen this quite a few times with this unit and it has fixed it every time.
