Question about Canon imageRUNNER 400S Copier

Copier Harddrive i have a Cannon image Runner 330s copier. i think they are built the same as the 400s. My problem is that my copier has water damged due to a fire. I need to get the hardrive out, before i dispose of he copier. Where is the hardrive located? In the front? back? undr the glass? Any help you can provide, will be greatly appreciated.

Remove the rear cover. The hard drive is at the top, near centre. Disconnect the connector and remove the four screws. The hard drive can then be removed from the mounting plate. New system software needs to be installed if a new hard drive is fitted to the machine in order for it to operate. It will not function without a hard drive or the system software.

My cannon image runner 330 n says to turn switch on and off then says eoo5 on it what does it mean

this code means you should replace web roller. to start machine temporarily go in service mode. i.e. additional function 2&8 again additional function press copier press counter on top press misc press cleang. web or C from key pad. the value will become zero in ok.switch off and on the machine .E005 will disappear but replace web roller soon.

Can the E051 error message be fixed by someone other than a technician. On a Cannon Image Runner 400/330 series. I tried finding the upper right side sensor that should have long white plastic teeth

Someone who is not a technician can only do the following:
1. disconnect the souter and detarche it from the machine.
2. E051 means the souter ias not functioning properly discopnnect and the problem is gone while you look for the technician to repair your souter.

I get an error message E 014 on my image runner 330S Pleae help me to identify as to what it is

the code indicates the failure of fixing motor. there can be jamming in fixing unit, either one of te gears or the roller bearings may have jammed,or fixing motor failure.

Need steps in removing old toner from canon image runner 330S copier

open front cover, release developer lever at right,release feeder lever at down right corner,unscrew the centre screw at the top of the drum unit, slide out the drum unit, at the back of unit u will find a clear plastic cap remove it and empty the waste toner reverse all the process to place all togather.

Our Canon Image Runner 330S shows error message E014....

is there an error code appear on panel display?
if there a error appear try to reset you may press * key,press 2&8 simultaneously, the select copier then select fuction then clear then error then ok then turn off& on

depednding on sorter im guessing its the small sorter with one tray the stapler is in the rear of the sorter green handle pull it out uses L 1 staples
