Question about Meade Optics
I have a meade 4501 telescope. It has an electronic motor, but I've
lost the plug-in power supply and need to replace it, but I don't know
the voltage or the plug polarity. The motor does not have any model
number on it.
Do you know where I may find that information?
I have a meade 4501 telescope and it comes with a battery pack which contains 19 x 1.5v AA batteries. I also use my 12 volt adaptor which works fine and has never needed more power.Hope this helps.

Testimonial: "This was precisely what I needed. Thanks so much."
See if a manual is listed on the Meade site Here:
That shows the power supply voltage.
