Question about Sony IT M602 Corded Phone
How do I delete the current caller ID numbers and names set on my Sony IT M602?
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

This is just a guess, because it works on my 848.
While you are displaying the CID directory, press the TRANSFER button. Repeat as necessary.

A question: -> does your phone ring? -> what software are you running on the system? If you know this will help a little in giving you more information. There is a Feature that you can dial if your phone rings... when there is a call coming in, dial FEATURE 8 1 1 You can even make this a button rather than dialing this feature code everytime: -> Feature * 3 -> press the button that you want to program -> dial Feature 8 1 1

Since CID display to the phone comes from the Panasonic phone SYSTEM, you might try looking inside the cabinet to see if it has a caller ID card. The part ends in 93.
It also requires some programming. If you post your model number, I might have a CID card if yours is missing.

Please tell me how to change the number of rings on my Starplus STS before it goes to VM. I'm dying! It goes to VM after 3 rings and were missing tons of calls. Thank you!
