SOURCE: Moulinox ovatio 3 dur - Pusher missing and need plastic kneading blade

Having contacted the Moulinex main office in Canada, I was informed that they do not ship parts to the US. However, they directed to the US sales office - contact "customer Service - Abtec Parts" <customerservice@abtecparts.com> who carry replacement parts for a large number of applicances. Hope this information helps someone in need. Thank you.

Thank you very much for responding.
My local repair shop showed me the replacement parts and described how the blade lock mechanism works. Basically, it is a ramp that releases the blade. Somehow (rust I presume) it got stuck on the end of the ramp and would not release. We finally got it unstuck and worked it in. You are right about opening up a can of worms..The replacement kit is tricky as the tech told me.

I agree, WD40 is bad because it may pick up debris and clog the movement-creating the problem all over again. I think I will flush the WD out and lubricate with a dry lubricating spray. Compressed air is a good way to help flush it out.

Thanks again!

What is proper procedure for replacing all 3 pulley/ blade drive assemblies. Had trouble getting blade mount plate off of bottom off spindle shaft.

OK I HOPE THIS WORKS I HAVE A T-13560 GUESSING THEY'RE CLOSE, I HAD TO PULL OFF THE TOP COVERS SHAPED LIKE A "V" WITH ONE NUT HOLDING IT ON ,FIRST REMOVE THE CENTER BLADE BOLT UNDERNEATH ...THEN YOU'LL SEE THEIRS 4 1/4-20 HOLDING THE BLADE DRIVE ON BUT FOR ME I ACTUALLY TOOK THE FOUR BOLTS OUT HOLDING THE ENGINE MOUNT OUT IE. THE CENTER OF THE DECK TO EXPOSE THE TOP OF THE CENTER PULLEY (MY BAD ONE) AT WHICH POINT I COULD TAKE AN IMPACT WRENCH TO REMOVE THE PULLEY NUT ...THEN UNDERNEATH REMOVE THE BLADE MOUNT ....MY BOTTOM BEARING FELL APART SO I COULD PUT THE SHAFT IN A VISE , HEAT IT UP AND TURN IT COUNTER CLOCKWISE ...THEN REASSEMBLE GOOD LUCK

I have an old Dremel scroll saw model 550 and need blades. However, the blade holder is missing a clamp that secures the blade. Is there a universal kit I can purchase to solve problem?

Try going to a store that sells scroll saws and look at the new models to see how they hold the blade. Take your Dremel with you. Maybe you can find one that is similar enough that could work if you can get the part. Then go to the tool company's web site and search for the manual for the comparable tool you found - they all have on-line manuals nowadays. You should be able to order the part you need. Good luck!

The spring loaded clamp sleve mechanically holds the blade pin down to hold the blade in place. It doesn't pull it up to release the blade but simply lets the pin float freely so the blade can be removed.

Motor runs but blade does not move

It sounds like you have a problem somewhere between the motor armature and the reciprocating mechanism that makes the blade move up and down. Unfortunately the only parts Skill has available for your saw are the switch, cord, brushes and blade holder You'll could take it apart to see if something came apart that is repairable without parts. If you need parts like gears or motor parts, they are not available.

Blade will not release on sawsall

ok first this is in the chainsaw category and since they don't make one,, I'll assume you mean a sawzall, if you have the quick release ( which is a joke and is a bad part ) your going to have to breal off the blade at the section that it reduces ( where it goes into the holder) unscrew the ringnut that releases the blade, and take it all apart. be careful there is a ballbearing sitting inside there that will roll right out and naturally get lost in the mix. once apart you can remove the last of the blade. Now if your really lucky, you can clean it,, lightly oil this piece , and reassemble it,, and it will work, I have 3 and have replaced that part on all 3 of them,, Now if its an older model that still has the set screw hold down,, Just unscrew the setscrews and remove the blade, ( some have 2 some just one set screw depending on the model

I used the clippers to cut my dog... once finished I took it apart to clean out excess lubed parts and reassembled...I have done this many times before with no problems... I begin cutting and the blades...

Check your blade latch is working properly. If you took your clipper apart and your blades are not cutting it is one of 2 things. Your blade drive is not assembled properly or your blade latch is not holding the blade on the clipper. If you took your blade apart, check the blade alignment. The cutter blade needs to be slightly behind the comb blade.

Tried the above solutions but it all keeps falling apart. It's a wahl pro series rechargeable. There are two screws, large blade, small blade, white plastic part and a silver bracket that seems to slide on the white plastic part. What goes in first? How do I assemble it? How do blades match? Do the grooves on large blade fit into small blade? Help, I can't reassemble it. Thanks in advance! Pam
