There is no fuse goning to speakers. Fist take a 9 volt batt. and test each speaker to see if there are wired correctly. Then try again. If no sound take raido back..

Your car stereo may have an auxiliary amplifier. The fuse for that may be blown and not turning on and no sound coming out.

The mini fuse(2A/240v) keeps on blowing up on the power supply port, what could be the problem

You can tell a lot from what the blown fuse looks like. If it's all black or even shattered, it's likely a short circuit somewhere. If it's just blown, then you have an overload.
Another way to find out is by figuring out when the fuse usually blows. If it blows when it's tapped, shaked or moved then you have a loose wire that's touching somewhere it shouldn't.
If it blows when you turn it up high, it might just not be able to handle that much power. Remember to ALWAYS turn down amplifiers when you hear noticeable distortion. Or, the sound pressure from the speaker might be jostling things inside the cabinet.
If it blows when you plug it in/ turn it on/ start using it you've got an electrical problem, not a mechanical one. You'll need to get the multimeter and start tracing faults.

How do run a dual2ohm 12 to a 2 channel amp

You need to match your amp impedance to your speaker impedance. If your amp is a four ohm amp; then follow the wiring diagram for the dual voice coil speaker to have a four ohm load. If you don't have the diagram, look up the model number on the web, it will be posted somewhere. Do not hook it up so that you are mismatched, as you will very soon have a blown amp, a blown speaker, or both!

Front speaker just quit

I doubt there is a fuse. There are only four possibilities:
1. Speaker blown. 2. Wire slipped off of speaker terminal. 3. Wires from radio to speaker is shorted (not likely). 4. Radio is bad.
My guess is speaker is bad. Try pushing the cone inward while the radio is playing to see if you are getting any sound from the speaker if you do then the speaker is bad and needs to be replaced.
Good luck!

Suspected blown fuse somewhere but no sign of it

Am sure that the internal transformer is gone, You would have powered your speaker with a step up/step down transformer, you need to see a technician around you that can help you out, you need to replace a 220V-230V transformer in the speaker since your country requires that.

Stereo display works fine, but no sound to speakers.

The wires may have gotten wet and fried something in the sound output in the stereo.

Blown fuses

I used to have one of those amps also (nice amp btw) Did you try another fuse of the same size?
Is it blowing fuses everytime you put one in or did it just blow that one fuse ?
Is the conection on the battery solid and clean of corrosion build up? Because that is a good amp and if wired properly shouldnt blow out or anything and so if the speaker is not blown then maybe connection is weak somewhere? I would try disconnecting the speakers from it and try a new fuse and if it does not blow the new fuse than amp is ok? and if it does blow the new fuse right away then there must be a short somewhere in the wire or the amp. then disconnect the fuse again and reconnect the speakers and if the fuse blows with the speakers connected but doesnt blow with them disconnected then you know it is a blown speaker causing the problem.

Just currious but what size fuse do you have connected at the battery?
