Good afternoon Nicole.
You don't have a specific question posted, but from the context, I'll guess that you changed your car battery and now your Blaupunkt stereo won't turn on and needs a code entered. You can look at a forum discussion here (
https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110726015503AAw8n1V ) that will step you through how to enter the code. This assumes you have the code card that should have come with the stereo (or the car if it's original to the car). Also note when the instructions talk about pressing the buttons, that it seems like it's pressing the button one more time than the number you want. That's because the first number to come up is Zero, so a 'One' will need two pushes on the button to toggle 'Zero' and then 'One' (I had the same setup in a stereo for my old Saab.)
If you don't have the card, don't just type in numbers at random. These stereos will lock you out after a certain number of failed attempts, and go into really long lockdowns if you wait out the first period. This will mean going to a dealer, where, likely as not, they'll hem and haw about how it's not working for them either, and you'll need to buy a replacement Blaupunkt.
Hope this helps, and good luck. If it does help, tagging the post as helpful would also be appreciated :-)
