Well not solve it exactly yet. I have a similar problem. A search on rosstec will only find u one tiny company in New Zealand. They sell another brand as well called Rossini... also impossible to find. There is something very odd about this. Can you tell me where you bought the tv ...like country and when ?.... I think it is some other brand rebadged ...but looking into.
