Open case and see if the fan is dirty, clean it with canned air if that solves the problem your set. If it doesnt solve your problem then the Fan will have to be replaced ,in order to keep the cpu cool.

When i push botton my cpu not starting for 5 sec only then stop prosser why

When the CPU overheats then it will shut down (i.e. thermal overload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down. If this is the problem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail.
A faulty fan causes the problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are clogged with dust.
Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan.
If the fan and heat sink is clogged with dust the remove the dust and make sure the vents are clear and dust free. Use a small brush and can of compressed air to do this.

IBM 8123 not powering on the problem is the start up fan is running continuously.

Hello Dear,

If the Startup FAN is running, means the Power is going to your motherboard and other components. SMPS seems OK. You should check the display cable and CMOS Battery.
Just try to pull out the battery and Make the machien switch ON. (Don't forget to Check the display cable is connected or not).
If it is then means your CMOS battaery is faulty one.
