I assume you are working on a central system, the wires should be color coded, the standard codes arre Red- connects to RC/RH with a jumper between the two, white- connects to W, Green connects to G, Yellow connects to Y and if equipped Blue connect to C or B, if it is a heat pump then Orange will connect to the O terminal

Whilst printing I got a paper jam, I looked for source, and removed process unit, it came out in two pieces tottaly separated ? a spring & small piece of plastic has become dislodged and cannot be put...

Try to remove them and get them out of the way. Make sure nothing else is loose. Try printing. If you can print, I would not worry about those pieces. If not, try to find a diagram of how those go back in.

Over heating already replaced thermostat new radiator new bottom hose new water pump it is still over heating

You seem to have done all posibilities. A test though to try would be remove the thermostat, put it back to gether with-out it and run the engine. Also, if you do that try it with the rad cap off so you can see if the water is circulating. It wouldn't if the water pump impellors are damaged.

good luck!

SOUNDS LIKE THE TIMER POINTS MIGHT BE STUCK TO GETHER.. SWITCHING WIRES DOES NO GOOD... SOO THE WIRES THAT COME FROM THE BREAKER GO INTO THE TIMER, IF YOU LOOK AT THE BACK SIDE OF THE TIMER YOU CAN SEE HOW IT WORKS, THE OTHER TWO GOTO THE MOTOR.. ITS NOT ROCKET CHEMISTRY

Blower motor will not come on. i have a rheem furnance

Turn your fan from auto to on at thermostat, if fan doesnt come on.
Remove blower motor door to get to control panel-Turn poweroff !
Try to turn blower wheel to see if it will turn freely,

Remove thermostat wires from control board, put a jumper wire between
r and g.Put door back on and restore power, fan should run. If it does
than it is possible you have a burnt out speed on whatever cylcle heat/cool you are trying to use.

To troubleshoot this-turn power off and find where the blower wires go to
control board. exchange the wires from park to heat or cool terminals.
put cover back on and restore power.IT should work,if nothing happens then you probably have a problem with blower

Check for power to the unit. If power exists, check your low voltage. Do you have 24volts to R & C at your thermostat?

Location of the thermostat on a elantra 2002

follow the top radiator hose to the engine and that is where you will find the thermostate housing. drain the coolant completely then pul the housing off. make sure when you put in the new thermostat that you put it in that same way and direction the old one was. clean and dry housing before installing gasket and putting back to gether. refill the cooling system, and run with cap off for 30 min topping of the fluid as needed. run for 15 minutes with cap on making sure to keep an eye on the cars temp gauge. after done drive the car for at least 15 miles let it cool down and ceck the coolant level.

hope this helped
please rate well
