Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl Smartphone
When I call somebody and I can hear them and they can't hear me.
I can only try and answer the question, but asking you some questions, sorry, not enough details. But try these so you can identify if settings are the issue or a malfunction in the mic. You may have tried these, but the more info you give, the better the answer.
Did this just all of a sudden happen? Or has it been happening for a long time (up to the time you got the phone)? Do you have a corded/wireless headset? Do you see on your screen, in the top left corner of the display, an icon of a phone with a red X overlaying the mouthpiece? This is an indication that the phone is muted. Press the top of the phone the button that has the icon symbol of a speaker with a slash through it. This toggles the mute.
