Hi there! Thank you in advance for your help. The problem I'm having is that the video clips I downloaded won't show in their entirety. They are not very long, like 10 seconds so I want all of it in my movie. No matter what I do, I can't seem to fix it. Also, the movie seems to move with the beat of the music and I really, really don't want it to. FYI I'm using Halloween Horrors.

I tried to run it, it said I needed to register; then it said I wasn't logged in as the administrator, I ignored this- I'm using my own personal laptop. So I try to register online, and it says my serial number is already registered, I do not have to register; so I go back to my laptop and it of course still says I can't run the program because I'm not registered; I tried the 'forgot registration code' approach, but I got ''we cannot find this registration''; I searched online for help, found your tech support site, and clicked on 'PC registration'- and was redirected to a 'fixya' site that had nothing to do with Music Creator. I went back to the Cakewalk site, and there was a drop down list to select which product I'm using- Music Creator 4 was not on the list, only Music Creator 3. These problems indicate that I will encounter and endless amount of frustration trying to use this product from beginning to end, so I'm going to try a competitor's product. Another red flag I just remembered was a driver notice- that it did not support the current audio format or was in use by another program. There are just too many issues with this product right out of the box, and I haven't even begun to use it.
