Sounds like you have an infected laptop, i suggest running/downloading malwarebytes from and also running your antivirus, if you do not have one has AVG. try that and let me know if that helps

I hv laptop aspire 4920..problm is when i turn on Window not shut down sucessfuly..anyone?

A program or a driver is corrupted. Try uninstalling all the programs one at a time until the problem goes away.
If it doesn't then the corruption has reached the Windows core files, you will have to save your files and reinstall.

I have a 2002 Grand Caravan 3.3 with no heat after I replaced the radiator.I replaced the thermostat and still no heat.Heater core isn't blocked because I have coolant running through it...the question is...

Sounds like an air lock in the system, on the thermostat housing or right below the rad cap you will find a bleeder valve like on a brake cylinder.Crack it open while running and allow the air to escape from the sytem, hope this helps

You can use Onyx available at
Cocktail available at

I use Onyx so here are the instructions for Onyx but Cocktail runs the same sort of functions (it's fairly self-explanatory)

Now the instructions When Onyx boots up it allows you to check the integrity of the disk allow it check the disk. Once this is completed run the repair permissions under Maintenance as a mac really requires this to be done every now and then. Once this has run, run the Scripts (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) A mac generally runs scripts early in the morning and if your mac is switched off these scripts are not run. This can sort out a lot of problems.

I would also run the cleaning part of Onyx which can delete any problems with rubbish that can glunk (not sure if this is a word) the machine.

Hope this works by the way be patient when running the apps they can take some time.

If this suggestion does not work, I would consider reinstalling the system but remember when installing preserve the users when installing and do not reformat the drive.
