Problem for Apple iPod nano Black MP3 Player
Ipod wont show up on itunes
ok..so i plugged my nano onto the USB and this HI-SPEED USB Device Plugged into non HI-SPEED USB Hub message showed up and so i clicked out of that and i look unto itunes to see if it was updating but it wasnt and i notced the ipod icon wasnt there so i cant download any songs into my nano then i unpluged the nano and it was stuck on th Do not disconnect screen so i reset it and now everytime i turn it off i can only turn it on by reseting it..is it my computer thats the problem or just the nano??how do i fix it??

- My iPod was fine until a few days ago. Its now like an MP3 when you plug it in and instead of popping up on iTunes, it says its on an F drive and still wont let me put music or anything else on it :( even worse, when i was messing around with it trying to fix it, I deleted all the songs that were already on it so now I have nothing. I tried plugging in my sisters iPod in my laptop and its the same.Please help.

i had the exact same problem with my ipod.
whenever i plugged my ipod in to my computer, it just charged and itunes didnt reconize my ipod.
so i saw the comment on here that said to reset your ipod when it was plugged into your computer with itunes open and it worked!!
(to reset your ipod press the menu button and the center button at the same time and hold them down for a couple of seconds till the screen goes black)
i hope this works for anyone else who has the same problem with thier ipod!!

youre ipod wont be detected because it's not an ipod, it onlu looks like an ipod but the firmware is not from apple. many country clone ipod. so the best thing to do is download s1mp3 tools to detect youre pirated ipod to your pc... these will work..

how do you get an MP3 player thats not an ipod to show up on your itunes? can it? or do you have to use somthing else? the computer reads it but it wont pop up on itunes like my ipod does. Am I just an idiot?? haha

my ipod nano will not stop restarting so i put it into disk mode to charge so that i can restore it in itunes but itunes isn't reading my nano so the icon will not show up and now i can't turn it off...i really what to get this fixed cuz i haven't uses it for about a year
