Looks as if Fungus growth (which is quite normal due to prolonged storage and humidity) has covered the magnetic tapes inside your 8mm cassettes. Please do not try to Play these tapes on your camera as it can lead to clogging of cameras' video and audio heads. You can get these tapes cleaned by a qualified service personnel.
