Question about HP Pavilion dv9000z Notebook
I bought a new computer and wheni turn it on all i get is a blue screen. how can i fix this problem?
If this laptop is new from the manufacturer, or still in warranty, contact HP. You want a record of problems in case you need to return the system. A new system shouldn't have a blue screen. If "new" means new for you, but a used computer past the warranty (minimum 1 year), then I would suggest loading in Safe Mode (usually F8), if you can, and selecting a System Restore image from a date that the system was OK. Hope this helps.
