Replace door lock and pump still tells me door will not unlock. I thank it is in one off the bored but the light has broken off can that cos it to tell me the door well not unlock?

Hi I think you have put a heavy load and the door is being
pushed out resulting it from unlocking. Water level is too high. Drain the
excess water manually by opening the drain hose holder. When display show LO
then turn the washer off and on and perform a quick test mode. Check PCB and
Door Lock Switch with a multi meter to test its continuity and output voltage
of Door Lock Coil. If it reads 120V, change Door Lock Switch, and if not,
change PCB. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance. Daniel

ED is a door not closed error code. The lock may be on and the machine will need to be reset. To do this either leave the machine unplugged for 24 hours or see if there is a reset option on the machine. If you need an owners manual, I can probably locate one for you .
