HI, this may be a broken solder joint that connects to the main board. you can confirm this damage by, pulling the battery and sim card for 3 minutes. let the phone sit without the sim and battery for this time. after the 3 minutes have passed, simply reinstall the battery and sim card and, power up. if the unit dose not initialize the core program, this will confirm a major issue that concerns the main board. this will require a service tech in this case. the main board will need to be replaced.
