I have an UPPCO bathroom exhaust fan that is 15 years old and worn out. Where can I get a replacement motor so I don't have to cut holes in my bathroom to fit a whole new fan of a different size. ?

Can I connect two bathroom fan ducts to a single roof vent?

No, both cannot be connected to same vent.
Or vent exhause from 1 fan will vent into other bathroom.
All house vents require separate duct.

Exhaust Fan does not work

Motors are divided into many categories. Most bathroom fans use a shaded pole motor (having a transformer on one side, a laminated yoke and 2 circles of copper shorting around the laminations to create a north and south pole) Another type is a compound wound motor (having brushes) A third type is an induction motor. the rotor of the motor is a series of laminations where a magnetic frequency in the stator windings induce magnetism in the rotor and they repel each other. A squirrel cage capacitor start induction run has a large capacitor on the side.
You can not mix and match what you want from one motor style to another motor style. If you have a brush type motor, perhaps the commutator needs cleaning and the commutator could be shorted with metal filings. The brushes may have failed and needs replacing. The bearings may have seized and the windings heated up blowing the thermal cutoff just under the tape of the windings. The windings may have burned through the varnish that coats the wires on the start winding (on motors with a centrifugal switch only) Centrifugal switches can fail to open or close. Only someone knowledgeable with motors can tell you what you have and what the problem is. It is far cheaper to replace a motor with a similar one on inexpensive devices such as a bathroom fan. A new fan may be cheaper than getting a new motor.

My Bathroom Extractor Fan does not work properly and for some reason the bathroom smells of cigarette smoke when the upstairs neighbours are at home!! Our landlord say's this is not possible!!!

Yes, very possible!. The bathroom fan is connected together, and the upstairs one is down-drafting to you. Have the exhaust checked for blockage, or buy a fan that has a built-in damper that closes the exit when not in use.

Replace motor in Broan 678 bathroom fan

I ran into the same problem, Lowe's carries Broan exhaust vents. They had both a replacement motor for all generations of 678 fans for $18, and they also had the latest generation of the complete unit for $40. I bought the complete unit, which included the fan I needed. Just unbolted it from the new bracket and bolted it to the old one. The new light housing, trim piece, and lens also interchanged. The existing one was old and yellowed, so this made for a huge improvement. All done from in the living space as well.

Bathroom exhaust fan 16 years old and noisy. How to fix?

One drop of 30 wt oil at each bearing will quiet the thing for a while, but you will eventually want to replace it. Also consider the whole fan is about the same cost as the motor, and easier to find.

It is really easy to change the motor yourself. It is about a 15 minute job. You just need to find your model number and then you can buy the complete motor assembly. https://www.centralvacuumstores.com/model_number_help.php

Noisey 8 x8 Broan Bathroom Exhaust Fan (With Light) (7 years old)

Mine was doing the same thing. I found it was coated with dust.

I took the blower out [unplugged it, and removed the single screw holding it to the box], took the face plate off [removed 4 or five screws] brushed the squirrel-cage fan blades using a narrow, long and stiff bristled brush, and reassembled it [used care to align the small plastic axle on the flap valve ] and reinstalled it. The vibration was greatly lessened and the fan was about as quiet as it had ever been.
