Hi Mary,
I think that if you press and hold on the unwanted icon it should become 'unstuck'. You should then be able to move the icon to the trash area.

Go to the Yahoo Account security page.
Click Email addresses or Phone numbers.
Click Add recovery email address or Add recovery phone number.
Follow the on-screen prompts to enter and verify your new info.
Remove a recovery option - Use steps 1 through 3, then click the Delete icon Delete icon by the unwanted contact.

For managing my iOS device i use and recommend battery doctor app. It has options for deleting junk files. Also "Reset all settings" (not factory reset) will leave all your files intact and ,for me ,it makes system smoother.

Tap the white-on-blue up-arrow near the lower-left corer of the screen, then drag the unwanted icons to the icon bar at the bottom of the screen. When done, tap the white-on-blue down-arrow at the upper-left corner.

Bear in mind that not all icons can be removed from the home screen.

Long press (hold your finger) on the item you wish to remove, there should be a place to either drag to delete or a pop up menu that allows you to delete.

First make sure you have Setup the call screen features (outgoing message, answer time, etc.). Also make sure you have available voice memo capacity. That is erase any un-needed voice memos from your phone the screen feature uses this space to record calls.

That's actually supposed to be a picture of a tape. It's a memo.

Check your voice memos in the phone menu > Tools > Voice Services > Voice Memo > Play. If you have a memo recorded, you'll be presented with a list of dates and times. Otherwise the phone will pop up a message saying "No memo recorded".

Recording and Playing Sound Memos
You can record and play back sound memos for your photos while you view them on the LCD screen.
1. Turn the Mode dial to playback mode.
2. Press the MENU button. Playback Menu 1 is displayed.
3. Select Sound Memo by using the u d buttons, then press the r button.
4. Press the OK button and then start recording.
5. When you are finished recording, press the OK button. You can play or delete the sound memo or record
a new memo.
6. Press the MENU button twice to exit the menu.
When you play back a photo that includes a sound memo, the icon appears on the screen. Press the OK
button to play the sound.
Note:
You must have at least one photo saved to record a sound memo.
