Wii Remote Syncing problem is one of the common problem of Nintendo Wii. You may check out the DIY Wii Fix Guide,

my player 2 remote doesn't work properly. My player 2 remote doesn't respond when player 2 is up to bat on wii sports and when pitching, player 2 throws without command and the e golf, ya know none of the sports games are working properly for the number 2 player. What in the hell do I do!?
It could be the nintendo wii itself, try and find a gaming repair shop and see what they say, if it is the wii they will repair it for free or might cost a bit, chances are it might just need cleaning on the inside (dust) hope it gets sorted out
if u bought a new wii mote its in A, if ur tryin to make a new mii its in B!!!!!
A)On the wii next to the cd insert open a little case and it says SYNC, dnt click, on ur wii mote take off the battery case and theres a button sayin SYNC, at the same time press sync on both and hold ur wii mote in front of sensor :)
B)go to the mii channel and click add
Have you tried the game settings? There is an option in the wii menu to adjust the wii mote to the sensor bar. Also make sure both are clean.Be sure the sensor bar is centered with the tv,and make sure you have fresh batteries.Hope this helps!
