Fuel Starvation Problem

I have a 2006 GT 200L Vespa, it was riding fine until one day it would just stall after a few seconds, now it won't even start. I checked the spark plug and changed it just in case, I cleaned the carb, the air filter, etc., with no luck. Tried starting it with the evap line unattached, no luck either!!
For some odd reason, the fuel would not go trough the lines or filters, so I drained the fuel tank (did not take out the tank and cleaned but just changed with new fuel), took out both filters and cleaned them, and **** won't start either.
I need help!!

Vespa et4 125 fuel starvation? Cuts out on me... Help?

Check the main jet is set up correctly. Make sure there is plenty of fuel in the float chamber, if not check the fuel line again. There should be a good amount of petrol flowing from the carb feed pipe with the fuel tap on. It should fill a pint container fairly quickly.

2305 tractor keeps stalling out

Hello eireannachcr:

>>Check All the Fuel Connections and Make Sure they are Tight.
>>From Your Description it Sounds like a Loose Fitting or a Bad Compression Washer.
>>A Bad Compression Washer or Loose Fitting will Allow the Fuel to Drain Backwards (sometimes it takes setting for a few days for the Fuel to Bleed Back) when the Engine is Not Running. Once the Engine is Started, it Runs Correctly Until the Air Pocket in the Fuel Gets to the Injector Pump and then the Engine Stalls. The Fuel Behind the Pocket Keeps the Pump and Lines Primed so the Engine will Restart without Bleeding Any Air from the Fuel System.
>>You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Engine and Mower at this Site Addy, and Enter the Model Numbers and Click Find. Then Select your Model from the Search Results Area. Then Select the Sectional File. Then Select the Section of the Mower you Wish to View Online. *You can Drag the View Windows for Better Viewing.*
Please, Do Not Hesitate, If I Missed Something or you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem, I am Here if You Require More Assistance.
Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Be Happy. Thanks.

Good Luck

Fuel Starvation on 2006 200cc Vespa. Toward end

It's quite easy to get the tank out.
Remove the 4 bolts (2 front and 3 back) on top of the tank under the seat. You can lift the tank out.
replacing the fuel tap is a bit harder as you need to loosen a nut inside the tank, then pull the tap out.
