The Freezer Fan needs replacing. This fan supplies air to the freezer and the refrigerator. If it is rotating to slow it will not move enough air to cool refrigerator but will still keep the freezer cold. That is why the diagnostic is so hard to detect, because on average when the DC motor on the fan deteriorates the rpms decrease. Replacing the fan is labor intensive. The fan cost is about $80.00 for the part.
