Question about Avaya 2410 Corded Phone
We purchased about 650 of these phones about 6 months ago and recently we have had a run of about 5 of them where the release button constantly sticks and will not pop back into position without repeated manual tapping of the button. Is this a known problem and is there something we can do to alleviate it ? The phones are still under warranty but we would like to head off a disaster and return them all if this is a known defect.
