when i put a copy in the machine to copy the copy comes out with one end copied short. we are losing part of what we wanted copied. Is there a way to adjust this closer to where it cuts the same from both ends instead of all from the same end thanks
-   The black sheet that printed has a 1/2 white border on one 8 1/2 side and no border on the other end. the 11 1/2 sides both have the proper border is there a way to adjust the 1/2" border where it is a 1/4 on each end? thanks -   danho
You did not specify how much of it it is NOT copying or left off.
Depends on how close to the end it is copying.
Try this make a copy of the ceiling ( open top with no documents and copy) it will give you a black sheet of paper, compare it to your copy, there is a margin of white around the black area this is because :
1- makes sure the toner is falling on the sheet
2- leaves enough room to clear out of the fuser.
Is your print falling in the white area? if so it can be adjusted but there has to be a margin of white around the paper. or it will cause jamming.

I have a Toshiba 2860. i) Recently, the copies come out with the entire page picking up an all dark or gray background and the print (words) quite faint. ii) Every other paper is jammed as well. iii) Before (i) and (ii) developed, I could only get copies made via the the glass platen. It would not tke the original from anywhere else
