Battery charged, horn and light works, but scooter will not move

Is the brake engaged? That's the lever at the back. Needs to be in drive position. if yes then it could be the Wig-Wag control. Are there any flash code errors showing? check your user manual in trouble shooting section.

How to install 12 volt horn on atv

One wire from battery to switch, a wire out the other side of switch to horn. Make sure horn has a good connection on the frame. Sand or remove all paint from under the horn for a good ground.

I have a 240W electric scooter with 12V X 4 batteries of 20AH each. The battery current meter, headlamp, trafficator lights, horn etc work. Throttle does not produce motor rotation. All connections checked....

Make sure that the manual brake release/freewheel lever is enaged as if it is not, this will allow you to push the scooter, but will not engage the drive motors. It is usually located on the rear of the vehicle; check your owner's manual.
If this does not work, contact the manufacturer for additional troubleshooting.
Good luck!

Horn not working changed relay fuse is good.

Could be the horn button on the steering wheel, (When you push the button on the steering wheel do you hear the relay click on?). Other than that the horns are bad or the ground wires on them are corroded. (Pull the signal wires off the horns and try to sound them with a wire connected to (+) positive on the battery, be careful, you can get a shock engaging a horn with power.)
