first check your GPRS settings...better download it once again from your service provider......if still there is problem then on your phone go to MENU>SETTINGS>restore factory settings/ full factory restore......phone restarts......get gprs settings from your network service provider company and it will definitely work

Sir, I have Nokia 3600 Slide problem occured since last month is it's not swith on/off from the operating button by pluging the chager then it's on the key pad is not working when i press 5 the 8 also come along network problem same sim putting in another mobile gettting network full all the time light blinking that's why charging is weak. Please Sir help in this matter or the confidence of NOKIA will be loosed. I Send Mobile to Nokia Care center they are asking more then it's cost on 20 TH April 2011 help me to sort the problem please response Yes/No .............. Waiting
