You must enable the USB in service mode F5-88 While holding function key, hold original size ledger key, while holding those two, press the 3 key. This gets you into service mode. Press 5 then the start key. Scroll to #88 and set the value to 2
Enter service mode (Function, Original Size "Ledger", 3) simultaneously. F1 will then show on display, press 7 then Start key, F7 mode will then be diplayed. 01 is the key operater id code and will show current id code. Touch 01, sreen will then let you make changes, select change and input your 4 digit code then select ok. Your finished, exit service mode.
Hello the MAC address is #28 located on the General Setting list under Function menu. Print it off. The key opp code is ussally 0000. Good luck I am in the same boat.
