My elmglo airmate hand held wont turn on relay switch wont work

check the ignition switch make sure its powering the jeep

Could be the blower motor, or the resistor, or a bad connection in the harness. Someone would need to check for power and ground at the motor first.

You shouldn't worry, it seems just a temporary connection error in one of the AC wiring plugs. If it happens again, turn the key switch to the start position, push the brake & pull the gear stick away to the "D" position, take out the small storage compartment above the AC control panel, with your middle & pointer fingers of both hands simultaneously push the AC panel out from above & behind, unplug the 4 plugs, spray the plugs & their sockets with the WD40, leave it work for 30 minutes, airjet spray to dry, replug & reassemble the panel & compartment.

Did you try jumping where the Clutch relay plugs into the fuse/relay box ? Pin 87 & 30 are the compressor clutch coil power supply . If you look on the bottom of the relay you will see four set's of numbers 30 & 87 , 85 & 86 . If you take a piece of wire an jump 30 to 87 this will send B+ voltage to the clutch coil engaging the compressor . Is the PCM turning on the relay ?

Too low fuel pressure. Try spraying starting fluid while someone else cranks it. If it runs, you need fuel pump

how old is the battery most cases the batt is dead even thou lights and all come on but just dose not have the juice to start it,
or your ternimals plus and minus are loose tighten them up till you can't move them by hand and give that ago if not working try new batt

the fuel pump safety switch is tripped from the accident, reset it.
The switch is located behind the trim panel inside the truck on the left hand side, there is a small access hole u put your finger through to push and reset switch.

take back to dealer and have them check the neutral safety switch on the clutch because if the switch is not adjusted properly you will have this problem
