How do I adjust the vert. overscan on my GE 24GP653

I have the same problem.

if you take the back off the tell their should be two plastic screws one is view and the other is focus they should be by the arial socket have a look for them if you are unsure take it to repair shop they should do this for next to nothing hope this is some help ...............................................
