Question about Washing Machines
Was working fine till heavy load of towels. found them wet with water in machine. tried to spin. keeps saying paused, no error code. I have unplugged, factory reset, cleaned coin trap, taken locking mechanism off, wiped down, no luck still says pause. sounds like signal is going but I don't hear lock click. what next?

Surely your pump is clogged, which you should dismantle to check or replace.
A very important thing for all front loaders, all pockets should be checked before dumping in machine, small items should be placed in pillow case or special plastfc bag - so they don't slip into inner drum by accident, and clog pipes, etc.

unplug the washer and wait 5 minutes before plugging it in again!
this resets the system. If this does not work then you may have a faulty door lock, latch, or switch!
An need hands on service on location
