I have a kenmore 70 serier that will not tumble. It gets hot but does not tumble

The most obvious thing to check is the dryer belt. Unplug the dryer, and remove the back panel. Locate the motor and trace the delt from the motor pully to the drum and all the way around, back to the motor. If the belt is on and tight, the issue is probably with the motor.
