It would seem that addressing your problem to the company where you made your purchase would be the logical approach.
If you can do it by e-mail that is always good because you establish a "paper trail" documenting the problem.

I've found that it usually works out better if you start on a positive note like "Hi, I've not yet received my hoodie and wanted to confirm that it had been sent. My address etc etc."

Cant sign in my gmail acct.

Hi Lois,
In order for you to sign in using your own email kindly go back or open the page that says your husbands account is still signed in. Look for this link for you to see how to log out your husbands gmail then once you logged it out that is the time you can sign in using your email. Hope it helps.
