Firstly you should know that you can only do it if your router or wireless access point has no better than WEP security.

The easiest way to get online with the DS is to go to the online settings in any game that has the facility and it will take you to the wi-fi set up. From there just auto-search for connections, pick yours and enter in your WEP key if necessary.

Nds extension file

.Nds files are Nintendo DS games. To play them you will need to download a DS emulator over the internet, and then open the file using the emulator. Do not play .Nds files for games that you do not own. That is illegal.

I am not able to connect my DS to the nintendo wifi connection. I keep getting the error code 51100. I am sure my WEP key is correct and I have had no problems connecting other devices on this wireless...

If it is an original NDS, it may not support your network security, there's a big issue with that. The original Nintendo DS just doesn't support some WEP and any WPA, WPA-2, WPA2-PSK internet security.

DS Lite Internet

Option 1: Your DS could not have a wireless access point to connect to, Make sure you have that, And, If it doesn't fix it, Proceed to Option 2.

Option 2: Your Game may not have Wi-Fi, If you have the box, Look at the back, Does it have wireless icons? If not, That game doesn't have wireless, Also, There is a small blue circle on the front of the game that means Over-The-Internet play. Also, GBA games cannot play Multiplayer on the NDS. Also, You and the other player may need to have each-other's Friend codes to play.

If you are still having the problem, See here.

Ds lite not working

i had same problem ( bought a faulty nds off ebay and would charge but nothing when powering up, not even a blink of green light) problem is a component called a L2 its an inductor 33uH in case SMD 1007. its situated dirrectly under the power switch but they are prone to fall off when nds is dropped ect. you need to resolder it on (very tricky). give your nds a shake to see if you can hear it rattelling about. be carefull when opening your nds not to lose the part (its very small, about 4mm long 2mm wide) GOOD LUCK
