Finding repair manuals with scooters is very difficult. Most
manufacturers prefer to have their dealers handle the repairs
so the dealers get the repair business. This appears to
be a Chinese made scooter, like most are these days.
Trying to get a service manual for it in China may be
more difficult unless you deal with the manufacturer directly.
Try partsproUSA as they seem to sell this model and parts for it.
I have owned my own business for 3 years and have been working on scooters and powerchairs for 15 years. I know exactly what the problem is. In the future give as much info about the scooter as possible.
One thing you don't do is spray wd-40 into your brake. It will Ruin the brake the neopreme in your brake needs to stay dry. If your brake has seised up it may have gotten wet at one time or another, moistened even by the morning dew If left in a garage or under a carport or run through a puddle. Replace the brake , that should fix the problem

1. Replace the throttle pot and or the speed pot.
2. Sometimes even batteries that take a charge are not strong enough to run the scooter. Have them load tested at an auto parts store to make sure. If you have bad batteries that will make you scooter do what you say it's doing. Don't forget your reverse speed is only 1/2 as fast as the forward speed on all scooters.

Hi. Do you need a basic wiring diagramme for the lights, motors etc. or do you need one for the controller? What faults do you have?
Fisher and Paykel sold their mobility scooter business to Plega Healthcare in Australia. Plega now no longer suport the mobility scooters.
We have some parts left in stock, and were an authorised service agent for these machines.
No one was ever supplied with a circuit diagramme for the controllers.
We do have all the service manuals here and have a full set of the fault codes.
You can email us at [email protected]
Good luck. Neil.
wire up a generic relay they are cheap 6 or 7 dollars first you need to know if you have a 12 volt or 24v scooter , most likely its a 24 v and you will need a 24 v relay just match up the connection and mount the relay and your back in business
I have a pl3-01 scooter in for repairs and 3 resistors on the circuit are fried and I can't get the color coding of the resistors to replace them. Can you send me a picture of your circuit board and I will see if I can fix this 1, and if I can, maybe I can help you out.
